This place serves the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had! I got the grilled pork one. The flavors are so authentic, just like in Vietnam. The coffee is amazing too. Highly recommend!!

I Banh Mi Ong Beo! I’ve been here 4 times and each time its been spot on! I keep getting the #1 (their most popular one) + the combo drink. #awesome! I’m sad to read about the low reviews and yeah the atmosphere of the place and the workers is pretty CHILL so I have not minded if my order took longer than usual. Not ideal but I much prefer that to the hectic vibe at a chickfila or cane’s any time! The sandwich quality (bread, fillers, meats) has been pretty good each time. The drinks have also been pretty good (I tend to like things sweet). Will come back again when I’m near by! (Next Monday!)

Stopped in for the first time today and ordered the #4. While I took my sandwich to go, there are indoor and outdoor seating options. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and seasoned well, and there was a nice ratio of bread to meatballs to vegetables. I’m looking forward to trying more of their sandwiches and drinks in the future. Happy to see a new family owned business doing so well!

Just tried this new bánh mì spot in the area and it did not disappoint! The sandwiches were fresh—crispy baguette, flavorful fillings, and perfect balance of veggies and sauces. Their drink menu is great too—refreshing and not overly sweet. The shop has a clean, welcoming vibe and is kid-friendly, which made the visit even better for our family.

The banh mi itself is already fantastic, but honestly the drinks are the most impressive to me. I’m not a coffee person so I can’t speak to that, but their fruit teas are without exaggeration the best I’ve ever had. There are plenty other places that serve fruit teas, but they’re often syrupy or have so many ingredients you lose any real flavor. The strawberry lime is my personal favorite - I have no idea how they do it but there’s a depth and subtlety to them that I just have never had anywhere else. The drinks come in reusable containers too - they’re not the most robust but I have three or four of them that I still use regularly. One cracked, but point is that you can get several usages out of them as opposed to other places that have single use containers. Their sandwiches also come in recyclable paper bags, which I really appreciate The sandwiches themselves are also top notch, and very reasonably priced. It’s very convenient for mason students like myself, and I eat here about twice a week at this point. Highly, highly recommended!

Lần đầu tiên ăn bánh mì ông béo ở Chantilly. Ngon quá chừng mà đi hơi xa. May sao Ông Béo mở thêm 1 tiệm ở Fairfax, gần nhà, mừng húm luôn. Bánh mì giòn, nhiều topping đặc biệt phần sốt và đồ chua của Ông Béo làm tăng vị ngon. Cả nhà điều mê Ông Béo, thấy tụi nhỏ ăn ngấu nghiến còn mỗi tờ giấy gói là hiểu rồi hen. Ah đặc biệy có thêm truyện và bàn game cho tụi nhỏ. Nên tụi nó mê lắm

I love that this place is open at 8:30 AM- it’s the best to have a bahn mi in the morning. Everything was delicious and fresh, the staff were so friendly, and the prices are phenomenal. They have a combo deal where you can get any bahn mi with a coffee or Thai tea for no more than around $12-$13. That’s a steal! The Thai tea is also one of the better ones in the Fairfax area. Will be coming here a lot more.

Just got back from Vietnam and craving banh mi. Was happy to find out this place opened so close to my house. Friendly staff, and the banh mi was delicious!
